In short, yes. Brite has optimal amounts of caffeine and L-theanine. It is meant to be consumed as a supplement alongside your current routine. If you drink two or three cups of coffee or energy drinks during the day, Brite will satisfyingly replace these.

We recommend up to 2 cans per day. For a normal working day, it’s best to take a bottle in the morning with breakfast, following by another one in the afternoon at lunch. We do not recommend drinking it 8 hours before planned sleep as you may find difficulty in falling asleep.

As with all nootropics, we recommend cycling off of Brite occasionally to make sure that your body doesn’t develop a tolerance and reduce the efficacy of the drink over time. For those taking Brite daily, we recommend taking one week off every 2-3 months to give your system a chance to get back to a baseline of activity If you already take weekends off, then a full week off is not necessary.

We are Andrius and Simas, and we spent years using coffee to stay alert at work - but it often caused jitters and increased anxiety. It was not much help with work-related stress. Energy drinks were the same. This inspired us to look beyond caffeine-based drinks. After studying the research of leading neuroscientists and working with a nutritionist at University College London, we went through over 50 iterations to create Brite, a more effective and healthier alternative to coffee and energy drinks.
