Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, within the cooling off period of 14 days. (We cannot refund opened products).

How to make a return:

1. You will need a Return Number. To get one please contact us here via email at hello@britedrinks.com quoting your order number.

2. Place the item in its original packaging and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of your despatch note into the parcel.

3. Send the item to Arsj Holding Ltd c/o FodaFilment, Unit 6-7, Quadrant Park, Welwyn Garden City, Herefordshire, United Kingdom, AL7 1FS, +44 3331 212155. You are responsible for all postage costs in making a return.

4. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the original payment card.
